• Crisp Chat — powers the chat icon at the bottom-right of every page so you can reach support quickly.
• Google Fonts / Analytics — Google Fonts loads typography; Google Analytics (if enabled) provides anonymised traffic statistics.

These providers act as data processors. We do not share your account password or VIP content with any of them.

We treat security as a feature, not an afterthought. Measures in place include:

• HTTPS everywhere — all traffic is encrypted in transit using modern TLS.
• Password hashing — passwords are stored using bcrypt-style one-way hashes; we never see your plaintext password.
• Brute-force protection — repeated failed login attempts trigger automatic rate limits and temporary blocks.
